From the NY Times this AM:
"Man Pushed to His Death Under Train in Queens"

Maybe Mayor Bloomberg should ban the No. 7 train.
Or subways in general? They are dangerous, run in tubes underground, are powered by lethal amounts of electricity and the stations are often homes for 'strange, two-legged animals'.
Or limit the speed of the trains. Say, oh, 3 MPH so they can stop faster?
Put better 'Human-catchers' on the front to scoop the unwary out of the way?
Maybe just banish everyone in NYC who exhibits a touch of mental imbalance to Chicago?
