Just finished my concealed carry application and got it all notarized and called Oneida County Sheriff for appointment and they told me the next available appointment was in mid February 2014. I told them I go south for the winter and they said they would put me on a "call list" in case of a cancellation, otherwise to contact them when I got back. No wonder it takes so long!!
