Gander Mnt in New Hartford, NY (near Utica) will be hosting the Utah Pistol License class once a month starting Dec 28 2009. Call the store at (315) 768 -8800 for details. This 4 hour course will allow NY residents to carry concealed in 29 other states. IT is not a substitute for a NY pistol license. You do not have to have a NY license to take this class. You will need a NY license to buy a gun, though!!
