old remington shotgun

I am trading a guy for some golf clubs. the trade includes cash and a 10 year old remington pump shotgun. I know I dont have alot of info but do you guys have any idea what I should expect when I see the gun? Price? value? thanks
 
Yeah I'm going to say its prob going to be about ten years old and look like a shot gun ... Are you trolling or just a retard ? Try giving some information
 
Well. At the moment I don't have any info ass hole. I was simply looking for some info on older Remington shotguns from the members who may be more experienced with them.
 
How are they going to give you information on something you don't even have what model or what shape or anything ? Well for like 130$ you can get a brand new shot gun at Walmart so idk give some info and you might get some back
 
A ten year old Remington Pump is going to be a model 870, value depends on variation and condition.
 
And considering the fact your trading for this weapon and you know nothing about it . You might be getting ripped off ... Just some food for thought
 
What a shame! I came to a gun forum with a simple request of information on a GUN and all I get are ignorant individuals with there useless cheap shot comments. Let me assure you I am no idiot or retard as was so tactfully stated earlier. I am a physician who makes decisions on a daily basis which change people's lives. Up till now this forum was a daily favorite.

Like all forum's, there are a few misguided fools so please ignore them. Google it and there should be some for sell somewhere and that should give you a range of value.
 
Gotta agree here. The trade might be a good one but depending on condition might not be worth it. A couple things to check to ensure you're not getting ripped off is the barrel first, make sure it wasn't used for duck hunting and never cleaned. Check your stock, make sure its not cracked or loose. Also check the threads for the choke, make sure a shot barrel wasn't being used for slugs or vice versa. Good luck on your deal.

justxboxin, I just got back from a nasty bit of work, and little punk's like you are all talk and no action, growup become a man, who people will respect because you treat them with respect.
you need to keep your mouth shut and your eye's and ears open so you can survive to the next day. As I see it your going to mouth off to the wrong person and learn to respect the hard way. Unless of course you feel as if you are untouchable on this forum and do not treat people this way in the real world of face to face. Now have a nice day and a repectful life towards other's, so that they may respect you.

Guys he's a doctor he makes over 100thousand a year .Came on this site and asked about trading for a used 100$ shotgun . Now im not sure if he's trolling or possibly you guys don't read into it like I did .

He's a troll . If I made doctor money I wouldn't be asking about a used shotgun I'd just trade for it : or I would just buy a new one he makes in three hours of work the cost of a new one . Doesn't sound like a troll at all ?

Maybe he is helping a friend or maybe it is his hobby. At any rate I and everyone on here has no clue as to what he makes, nor do I care as it is not my business. The Man came on here and asked for information. He did not come here to be insulted. You are giving this forum a bad reputation.
