Actually, his partner should be held responsible for his PERJURY on the stand.I'm really trying here: :moil:. I just can't seem to dig up very much sympathy.

Funny how his PTSD didn't get diagnosed or become an issue until now.
Harless' partner should be equally held accountable for allowing his behavior to go unchecked.
I've asked exactly the same question in several fora, as recently as this morning. I don't ever recall getting a straight answer.I wonder what would happen if Joe Citizen exhibited the same behavior towards a police officer? Where are the criminal charges?
They don't care. Do you think the FOP cared what the public thought when they went on NPR's All Things Considered to demand that Chicago cops be exempted from laws disarming those convicted of domestic violence? In fighting for him I feel the PBA is acting in bad faith where the public is concerned.

Except that this is the THIRD documented case of similar behaviour from this same "officer". Canton PD are hung out to dry, as they have KNOWN about this guy's imbalande for a LONG TIME.. since 2003, at least, I believe. I hope the victim of this cop's criminal behaviour is able to prosecute a large civil rights lawsuit againnst the city and the individuals responsible for this known imbalanced employee continuing in his dangerous position of power over the people of Canton. His problems were known, yet he was left in position to do harm. There is a reason epileptics are denied most commercial driving licenses... they have known issues that could put the public at risk. Yet this guy was on the loose in Canton, threatening innocent citizens with lethal force for many years.
