Off Hand Shooting

I'm curious as to how many of you practice shooting Off Hand and what percentage of your shooting? I shoot approximately 25% of my shooting off hand, at 30'-50' silhouettes. You never know when an incident my prevent you from using your Dominant Hand.

I practice 50 50 because I belong to a pistol team and we shoot bullseye for Rimfire and Centerfire

The trainer at my Well-Armed Woman Shooting club has been drilling us on both two-handed and one-handed shooting both dominant hand and off hand. I prefer to shoot left-handed because I am left eye dominant and have to shoot long guns left-handed--my right eye is too weak to see the sights. My CC purse is most comfortable on my left shoulder, requiring a right-handed draw, so I practice at least 50-50 between my two hands both two handed and one-handed

When I was learning to shoot off hand, I did it 50-50 until I could miss the target with equal skill no matter what hand I used to fire the shot.

I shoot pistols left handed but rifles right handed, so when learning to shoot pistols with my right hand, I didn't have to focus on the trigger press- just master grip, sight alignment and recoil management.

Now, I usually shoot 20-25% of the time with my off hand just to keep in practice.
