A good way to influence public opinion about something is to get people to use your biased terminology when discussing it.

An example of this is that you seem to have accepted the liberal terminology for semi-automatic rifles as "assault weapons", and you are now using their terminology.

Very sad. Unless you really do believe that some common semi-automatics do need to be called "assault weapons", which would be sad as well.

For all of us who have been awake the last 4 years, you would know that this man has skirted laws at every turn. ICE not deporting illegals is against the law. But that didn't stop 0. DOJ not following through on voter intimidation. ATF/DOJ and Fast and Furious. Auto company theft by the unions. Do you need more clues that this person doesn't care about laws if he doesn't agree with them.

ATF stopping the import of certain shotguns because they have forward grips or other items they deem not for sporting purposes.
Them stopping the import of M1A's into the country.

Personally I don't care if they ban assault rifles, I don't plan on assauting anything. As long as handguns, regular rifles, and shotguns are available I see no problems. If you like assault rifles fine, but I see no reason to own them.

Obama is not good for gun companies or sales. The FEAR people have that he will further erode there rights does. Not the same thing.
