Just heard that Vice President BiteMe declard that Obama may use "Executive Order" for Gun Control. There goes the Second Ammendment.......????

That was the plan all alone. The "discussions" are just a charade. I'm sure the Royal Decree (EO) has already been written. He's afraid he can't get it through Congress. Could be better this way because some say it would not be constitutional.

I agree! Change an amendment without Congress? Not a good idea!

That's the problem nowadays. First, line up 10 different lawyers. Second, you'll get 10 different interpretations. Third, be prepared to spend the next several years listening to all the reasons why every interpretation is correct. Fourth, as the lawyers argue minutiae, watch as the abuser of the power does what he/she wants.

Who new all a president would have to do is write an EO and shazam, the constitution has been amended. All this time we have been led to believe it took two thirds of the State to make that happen.

I sure hope your right. But seeing as I've already had the background checks. Do you think he'll have us doing more or another kind of background check?

As I have said before, the antis will use legal or illegal means to support their agenda. Obama may very well try executive orders to support his plan. Whether it is legal or not remains to be seen.

Rest assured that the NRA-ILA will challenge him. Everyone that can afford to do so should send an emergency contrabution to this organization so that it will have the ammo it needs for the fight.

My comment HAS TO BE tempered to ensure I'm not in violation of US Law. The OP is "Obama Gun Control "Executive Order"" I would say that anytime you talk about gun control is when you are shooting a target. The rest is government meddling in Constitutional Rights. Spewing gun control is not really about the Sportsmen but private owners. ( Gee, ya really think there is a BIG differance?) The Second Amendment has NOTHING TO DO WITH HUNTING DUCKS OR DEER. But as always the Left has spewed this for sooooo many years that most of the sheepoeple have no clue. AGAIN, the insanity continues.

Letter to my Congressman,
Lets make All Of Washington, Including the White house a gun free zone so they can be safe too.
Have President Barack Obama to issue an executive order amending the Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990.
The executive order will establish the White House, all federal buildings and federal events as gun free zones and all federal security personnel will turn in their guns. We also demand the order apply to private schools such as Sidwell Friends School attended by the president’s daughters.

Congress is overloaded with e-mails and phone calls at this time. It is making some think real hard about what they will say or how they will vote. It is making a BIG impact.

license renewal. It:s in Cuomo's package. GOP won't block the legislation as it creates revenue.

His Majesty has made up his mind, I'm sure that the Royal Proclamation (Executive Order) has already been written. The so-called public "discussions" are nothing but a charade. We'll know more on Tuesday.

That's not great news, I'm sure we'll be looking at hundreds of dollars and red tape hassles. Have you seen any details of what those renewals would consist of ?
