Funny, recently the NY politicians who are getting money from the Anti's have been saying that the gun violence in NYC is because guns are available in other states. They want the other 49 states to be like NY City and totally ignore the Second Amendment.
So now they will try and use the courts to get what they want.

Based on that line of reasoning, it could be decided that the convenience store clerk who sold you a zillion dollar lottery ticket is entitled to some of your winnings. Same thought (or lack of thought) process. Of course, this court didn't take it back far enough. They should include the miners who dug up the metal for the gun, and everyone involved in it's manufacture. Same with the ammunition. And don't forget Browning, Colt, Smith, Wesson, Remington, and all the others involved in the design and manufacture of guns and ammunition. Plus we should include those who supported (and continue to support) the ones directly involved in the manufacture and sales of the guns. It ends up with everyone in the world being liable, including the one doing the suing.
