Non Resident Concealed Carry Question.

I currently live in South Carolina but will be moving back to my home state of Pennsylvania. I have both a resident South Carolina and a non- resident New Hampshire carry permit. I know that Pennsylvania honors New Hampshire permits so I'm I correct in thinking that I should be able to carry in Pennsylvania while I’m in the process of moving and applying for a Pennsylvania permit?

I, myself, am headed to East Berlin, PA outside Harrisburg to visit my wife's family for Christmas tomorrow. Can't answer your question, though. Would think that since you have NOT established residency in PA that you would not be able to CC legally in PA. Not sure!

Welcome to PA!

Yes your NH permit will be fine in PA. There is no law making it mandatory to have a home state license in PA.

A good source of PA gun info is PAFOA.ORG
