I have the FL paper work all filled out...prints, photos, notary etc. I just dont have the funds to mail it out yet. If i dont get it mailed out...for say 6 months...would these still be "usable"?

Thats good to hear....it was a real bear getting the prints done...so when i was finally able to get someone to do them i got CT, FL and VA cards all done at same time. I sent CT in....but probably have to wait till tax time to send FL.
