No payment reciept yet on nonresident ccw

As far as I can tell, most reciepts are mailed within a week. Tracking says delivered 3-29-13. Im prepared to wait for a verification not for a reciept of my payment. Just starting to get worried about my money. Is this normal given current conditions or should I try to contact the department? Also I am new to the discussion boards...
