Dear Friends of the NJCSD,
In conjunction with Project FIDO we are conducting an information gathering survey to track data regarding the turnaround time of the various municipalities in the state of New Jersey at least in part so that we may update our "Wall Of Shame" accordingly.
We are asking any of you who know of any person(s) who are still waiting for their FID or Purchase Permits, or are about to apply, to kindly contact us. Of particular interest is information related to the Jersey City precincts.
You do NOT need to be a member of the NJCSD. Feedback is requested from all corners of the state.
All data gathered will be done in absolute confidentiality in compliance with our privacy policy. You can rest assured that any information you share with us will be held in the strictest confidence.
The information we would like to gather is:
Name
Address
Phone
Email
When was application made?
What was application for? (FID only, FID + PP, PP only)
What forms were used? (were any additional forms required?)
What payments were made? (were there any additional charges?)
PD contact information if known.
