NJ right to carry, case denied hearing by SCOTUS


Our Federal district courts have been schizophrenic in their rulings on various 2nd Amendment issues. Eventually something like this will come up on the SCOTUS docket again. I don't know how any rational person can conclude that having a completely arbitrary multi-layer government approval process (that demonstrably yields only lottery-like odds of a favorable outcome) does not do injury to the 2nd Amendment. The 2nd Amendment clearly does NOT say right to keep and bear arms, but only in your own home.
 
Sad. I'm not an American. I read the constitution and some things the founders wrote at the time. It's not difficult to understand.
 
You folks that think the constitution enumerated rights that are pre existing need to move out of those states that dole out "rights" as they see fit. If you cannot move out live with what you chose!
