There's a comment saying we need to amend the constitution with modern language applicable to modern times. Ok: "For the purpose of preserving rights, life and freedom, the United States Government shall pass no laws restricting the ownership of firearms of any type by sane, law-abiding citizens."

Constitution as it is written is fine, only traitors want it changed, all the bs in the papers will fall when the 2nd amendment fails to protect the first. NY is violating the constitution and as such deserves nothing from the United States, this includes money for Sandy. Let the traitors to America fall by the wayside.
