New VA resident applying for CCW

Hey folks. I moved from GA where I've had my CCW for 4 years. It seems like there's more hurdles to jump through in VA. Namely the "demonstration of handgun competency". They give you a lot of options so my question is, what is the quickest and/or cheapest way to meet this requirement?
