New takedown 10/22

Friend bought one yesterday. I didn't even get to see it at the gun shop.

I am looking for others opinions, I saw online forums talking about it when it was announced and went out and found the last one the local gun store had the following day and am very happy that I did. I really like the take down feature and that when it is assembled it is solid as a rock. I did not know that a couple of years ago Ruger had switched to a polymer trigger guard. Everyone says that it is super strong but I am accustomed to the 10/22 that I bought 20 years ago to rabbit hunt and I might look into replacing it with a metal upgrade. I am definately not a fan of the stock, it feels cheap. If they come out with a replacement stock and hopefully an additional threaded barrel it will be the uber 10/22.
