New member from michigan... I carry the most underrated gun on the market!

Hey all! I've learned a lot from everyone on this forum so I figured I'd join!

I've been carrying for almost 1 year and right now my favorite setup is the Sig Sauer SP2022 in 9mm with a very basic galco iwb holster. I've put 1200 rounds through this gun without a single problem! I believe thiS gun is selling for around $450.... What a deal!

Just wanted to spread the word!

Good choice thinking about getting a p2022 my self but in 357 sig or 40 sw. But it is also forth inline on my purchases. Does it come with nights sights?

Yes, mine came with night sights. At first I was very disappointed with the complete lack of holster options for the sp2022, but I also have an XDM 3.8 and the sig fits those holsters 100% perfectly!!!!

The Sig Sauer SP2022 is pretty under-rated, but I think the most under-rated handgun of all time is the Hi Point series. For $150, they generally eat anything you'll give them without prejudice. I wish they'd come out with a .22LR for $100-150, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. I wouldn't carry one regardless, but to each their own. :smile:

I also carry the SP2022, with a Bladetech Classic IWB. It's an amazing weapon for the price.

Totally agree a very underrated gun. I've got the same model and was thinking of another in 40 cal (until I found the Sig P250 for same price) I have a S&W Sigma 9mm & Taurus 24/7 Pro in 45 cal, and the Sig is my favorite. They do quality right now matter how much the gun.

Although I wasn't kidding about the .22LR part.. I sure as hell would buy one if they made a $100 .22LR handgun.

I don't like double action in any semi-auto bigger than a PPK/S, but if that's what you like, I'm glad it's worked out for you. SIG is certainly a high quality firearm.

My taste in SIGs runs more to the P-210 and the 208S.
