Welcome. You're right, we should all be worried and vigilant. I suggest you join the California Rifle and Pistol Association, if you haven't already. This is a great organization who can keep you updated on the status of bills being proposed by our illustrious legislators in Sacramento. Also, the Firearms Policy Coalition (an online group who closely watches Sacramento) is very good. They even make it simple to sign petitions to our senators and assemblymen letting them know our views on these proposed bills. Also, vote in every election, but, be knowledgeable about the person you are voting for. Do the research.
