The Department of Justice called me last week concerning my Delaware CCW application for initial issue and told me of the (possibly new) REQUIREMENT that you must know each of your 5 references for at least 12 months. I immediately asked if my money could be refunded by the Prothonatary and the Special Agent said "Probably not, just apply back when you can meet that requirement".
