Striker Vs Hammer. About $400.00 Vs what $800.00 + (Unless its the SP2022 I have seen them listed for about $500.00). Good luck on which ever you choose (Post pics)
I own the SR9c. Great size and has a nice trigger.
10 round and 17 round mags included in a plastic hard case.
Excellent carry gun and very accurate.
Comes with a 16lb spring. I replaced that with a 20lb from Galloway.
I like the thumb safety as it works like my SR1911. Sweeping the safety off is a part of my draw routine.
I own a Ruger P95 (9mm) and have no issues with it, and I have shot the Sig M11/P228 which is also 9mm. I want the Sig (and will spend the $900+ it costs to purchase here in Phoenix) just to have a bit of variety. I also own a Ruger P90 (.45 ACP) and want to add a Sig P226 (.40 S&W) to my collection. I don't think I'll ever buy a Glock because I don't like the feel of them in my hand either static or live fire.
I have owned Rugers for over 40 years and have yet to have a problem with any of them.
The reason I started with Ruger is because of cost, reliability, and reputation. None better in my book.
Although I have several other guns both black powder and rifles, shotguns, etc.
I currently have a Ruger P95 9mm, a Ruger Security Six .357 Revolver and others including a Springfield .45.
The ONLY problem with most of them is that they are rather large for CCW, which I am and DO.....
I think I will reconsider carrying my .357 for CCW. Although it is limited to 6 rounds.....
Hope this helps....
