Just took my CCW class and getting ready to do the paperwork. I purchased a S&W M&P 9c. Shot it for the first time the other day and I love it! Welcome. This is a great place to learn and share ideas!

There are some topics that are just for women that are very helpful as well.

I have heard good things about the M&Ps, and I personally like the 9mm's as I feel it is a good compromise between cost, availability, and knock-down power.

Its a great gun!! Although most people now days prefer .45 cal ...but personally I love 9mm..... it is all about shot replacement and practice.... I shoot 115gr at range...147gr with hallow point for conceal carry... remember to practice with "dry fire" it really benefit you a lot....and save money for ammo and range fees......
