So, I recently purchased a used Glock 36 for use as an EDC. I've carried it a few times in a Galco Sto-N-Go for my H&K P30, as the holster I ordered for it hasn't got here yet. It seems to fit the gun well, and is very comfortable to wear. I had it recommended by several on YouTube that I add a Pearce +0 grip extension to the magazine. I have to say, it really improves the feel of the gun (I have big hands, so take that into consideration). I also bought a Pearce +1 grip extension the other day, and was trying it out. It seems to work fine. Hickock45 suggested possibly carrying a higher capacity magazine as your spare mag. I really like the way the gun handles, despite some of the complaints in several of the reviews. It is a short barreled .45, so it is not exactly for the faint of heart when it comes to recoil. However, the recoil is very manageable. In fact, I've done my best shooting with the 36. I love the Glock trigger, and will not be changing it for the Ghost trigger.
I've rambled enough. My questions to you all are, if you have a Glock 36, what do you like/dislike about it. What modifications have you done, if any. If you don't have a Glock 36, but are interested in that type of weapon, do you have any questions that I may be able to answer. And last but not least, how are you carrying it.
Thanks All!
