New documentary on Veterans - You Should Be Famous

Some friends of mine are headed to Virginia next week to shoot a documentary called You Should Be Famous. The general idea is that our society wastes its efforts glorifying celebrities, when most of them are not really worthy of admiration. So what this film aims to do is tell the stories of some of our wounded Veterans, who fade into obscurity and die every day without the world knowing who they were. If you can, consider supporting the film. All the money the movie makes, plus any donations left after expenses will go to the Joshua Chamberlain Society, which was described to me as "basically an adopt-a-vet program" based in St. Louis that helps vets get the help they need living in society. I just got off the phone with Jeromy, and he told me they are desperately counting on God to provide in a couple big ways to make this happen.

Check out the website, and if you like the idea, please consider helping out.
