New Cabbot 1911s

I just put in my order for a mirror matched pair of 1911s from aerospace manufacturer Cabbot. They are a true left hand ejection lefty and a traditional right pistol. Amazing quality !!! Now I wait for a year and a half to two years.

Reports in other forums about them are unenthusiastic, but the sample size is so small that you can't extrapolate from them. They probably shoot well, but no better than (or for as many rounds as) Wilson Combats, Ed Browns, or even Colts.
