Native reservations

it can be easy to cross on to a native reservation so are permits valid on reservations.

Tribal reservations in NV are affected by Public Law 280, which allows enforcement of state laws on tribal lands.

So, technically, a NV CCW permit should be valid on tribal lands in NV.

But, you should check with the tribal councils before doing so.

It's at the discretion of the individual Native American Nation. While you won't get charged with a State crime with a valid CCW, you can have your firearm confiscated and never get it back if you are made. It's literally an act of Congress to get authorization to sue the reservation to get your firearm back.

This is a common issue in AZ.

Do you know what the ITCN's position is on allowing CFP holders to carry on their reservations?

Will they grant permission to individuals who ask for it?

Nope. I avoid Native American Nations specifically for that purpose. I'd ask them. However the answer you get today may change tomorrow.

Doubtful. If the Tribal Government is against CCW on their land they don't grant exceptions.
