]If anyone ever had any idea that national registration of firearms would not lead to confiscation, this video should change their minds. The Canadians have experienced exactly what is being pushed on us and have lost weapons. Just how stupid does one have to be to not see where all this is leading?

It isn't about "gun control" it's about "people control". If we don't learn from what happened in Canada, Australia, England and elsewhere, we deserve what we get.
We already have national gun registration. If we think that the FBI doesn't keep the records of background checks, we're wrong. If we think they don't audit the FFL where we buy our guns, we're wrong. If we think that the government isn't working towards gun confiscation, WE'RE WRONG. Contact your legislators, both at the state and federal level, and make your views known. Vote them out, if they won't listen. They are supposed to represent us, the people.

Georgia for one protects sales and serial number data under privacy laws. only the retailer and buyer know the serial number of your firearm and without a subpoena for a specific individual's records that's the way it stays. in other words, the Feds can't just go into a retailer, ask for all records and go on a fishing expedition. other states have similar laws.

As an FFL licensed by the BATFE, BATFE has the right to check the bound books once a year without any other cause other than compliance check. That means that they have the right to see the serial numbers of the guns and the buyers. Your state cannot prevent that.

They can write down everything in the bound book and on the 4473s. There is no privacy law affecting the BATFE when it comes to a Federal Law concerning gun sales. And if the business is sold or goes out of business, the bound books and 4473s go directly to the BATFE. The only thing GA can do is prohibit disclosure to a non-LEO. And failure to allow inspection can result in loss of the FFL. Which then puts those records in their hands anyways. GA law only keeps the serial numbers from the general public, not cops or courts.

I have posted this more than once so here it is the facts as they are...

In England, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Soviet Union, China, Cuba, Uganda, Fascist Germany, Fascist Italy, Chicago, and now in California, and New York REGISTRATION HAS LED TO CONFISCATION, WHICH IN TURN INCREASED CRIME, MURDER, ROBBERY, RAPE, ASSAULT, HOME INVASIONS, CRIMINALS DO NOT OBEY THE LAW, IS THIS WHAT YOU WANT, TO LIVE IN FEAR FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE???
