I don't know but backup would have been a good idea. I think she was a bit intimidated too and they knew it. I also think she should have maced their punk azzes to keep them at a distance. They were way to close. Warning foul language used......I think, I couldn't tell if it was actual language or just grunts and squeals.

Must have been a group on their way to a MENSA meeting when they stopped to discuss civil discourse with the officers? (Looking for the Snarkmark on this keyboard . . . .)

I think she would have been totally justified drawing her firearm. They did have the right to film the scene. They did have the right to stay there. But they did NOT have the right to crowd her while she was dealing with a hostile suspect resisting arrest.

The female officer remained controlled and respectful, good on her. Those kids were looking for trouble, being belligerent and disrespectful. I do understand the purpose of keeping a "bubble" around oneself while conducting an arrest and I am surprised that this situation didn't escalate into the use of force. I believe that at the time those kids approached within a few feet of the officers, the female officer would have been justified in using less-lethal tools. This video shows great self-control on behalf of the officers and that is a great thing. Those punks would likely crumble in the face of force, they're likely all talk and cowards of the first order.
