Even DiFi can count to 10, which is better than 7.

But, please, let's work on vocabulary.

A 12 or 19 round magazine in a pistol is NORMAL CAPACITY.
A 30 round magazine in an AR or AK is NORMAL CAPACITY.

A 30 round pistol magazine is high capacity. A 60 round mag or 100 round drum in a long gun is high capacity.

What Cuomo and DiFi and McCarthy have or are proposing is Legislatively Reduced Capacity.

NY laws have very little to do with common sense, or even sanity. My wife recently pointed out to me - in NY, it is illegal to be in possession of a 'wrist rocket' type slingshot. Illegal to own, illegal to import. You know, the type with the little metal rod brace that rests on your forearm. My wife really wants one of those. She enviously pointed out, " I can't see why I can't buy a damn slingshot, and you can get a 30" razor sharp katana sword delivered through the mail!"
NY state is just nuts!

I thought people would enjoy trying to understand that page #24 what a bunch of busy wording. I bet asking 100 people to explain what is written, and you would get 100 different answers. And then none would be even be close to meaningful.
