The three juveniles allegedly involved with the Aug. 16 shooting death of Australian college athlete Christopher Lane will not be charged with a hate crime, the Duncan, Okla., district attorney said Friday.
“At this point, the evidence does not support the theory that Christopher Lane was targeted based upon his race or nationality,” said District Attorney Jason Hicks. “The evidence is insufficient to establish that race was the primary motive in the murder of Christopher Lane.”

Yeah, that really sucks. But I suppose we're lucky that they're being charged at all. After all, they only did it because they were bored. It's mostly everyone else's fault for not providing them a stimulating environment and activities to entertain them. And you know their mothers said they were really good kids. Right. Heard it all before. As a matter of fact, I hear it every single day. EVERY single day at least one white person is killed or nearly killed by a GROUP of black kids. And most of those are spouting racial slurs, or saying "This is for Trayvon", or bragging about killing a whitey on their Facebook page. Including these little monsters.

Man, you know you can't be charged with a hate crime unless you're white! After all, members of other races don't have the capacity to hate. They're all nice, polite kids who couldn't work up a good hate even if you paid them to do so. Peggy, you're absolutely right. We must start providing a stimulating environment and activities for entertainment. That way, things like this would never happen.

I hope those reading this recognize sarcasm when they read it.
 
"Hate" crime legislation is stupid, whether it enures to whites' benefit, blacks', gays', jihadists' or a wild pack of unicorns'. Hating someone is harmful to your soul, but it is not illegal. Murdering, torturing, raping, dismembering or assaulting someone is against the law, and always has been.

I'm no lawyer, but I've always heard that proving a motive for a given crime is not necessary. You just have to prove the crime was committed, and that the defendant committed it. There are enhanced sentences for particularly heinous acts, such as what happened to Channon Christian and Chris Newsome, but heinous acts are actions, not what the perp was thinking while perpetrating the act(s).

Most politically conservative people I've ever known and/or conversed with on the web have vehemently opposed hate crime legislation. To me, it's stupid and unconstitutional whether it's applied to the barbarians who tied James Byrd to the trailer hitch of a pickup and dragged him around until he died, or it's applied in the recent cases in Oklahoma, and WA State, or anywhere else. Start giving consequential sentences for the crimes and quit wasting time and resources on proving what the perp was thinking when he committed the crime. Fry 'em up and throw their carcasses out for coyote bait for all I care, but c'mon, complaining that the animals who killed Mr. Lane aren't being charged with hate crimes? Why? What difference would (or should) it make if they did have hate for him?

In the Lane case also remember, there were three animals; one white animal, one black, and one 1/2 white and 1/2 black. So we've got 1.5 white perps, and 1.5 black. Does the white guy avoid the hate crime charge? Does the mixed race only get charged with half as much hate? They're all under 18 and won't get the death penalty under any circumstances anyway. If the sentences fit the crime, they will rot in prison hating the whole world for the rest of their miserable lives for all I care. I really don't get the controversy.

Too many times the fact that a crime is committed isn't relevant. We must know the state of mind of the perp at the time. Then we must take into consideration the perps life style. Of course all these thugs are insane because sane people don't commit crimes like this. Then the lawyers have to pley their word games. In my opinion either a crime is committed or it wasn't. The state of mind of the perp isn't relevant at this point. Deal with that at sentencing time. These thugs committed a crime. Deal with that.
 
If the Fort Hood shooter violence was classified by this insane federal government as "workplace violence", I would think that our vaunted system of justice in this country would consider this killing as a misdemeanor misfire of a firearm. If anything we should have compassion and a day of caring for these poor and misguided little boys. Is this a great country or what?

I heard some wannabe dreaded up wankster saying that **** yesterday in Stillwater MN at Lowes. (While surrounded by hundreds of white people with easy access to hammers, hatchets, crowbars, saws and the like lmao) I was OCing, naturally. He looked at me, made a tough guy face right before he saw my Taurus Judge and turned tail. I still had fun building the toy airplane with my kid. :-)

Just to see what those 3" .410 shells a member of this forum gave me (thanks again!) would do to flesh, I bought a watermelon on the way home and blew it away while eating White Castle chicken Os. Definitely saving the other 9 shells for the next Trayvon wannabe. Is it possible to wannabe a dead wannabe?
