Moving from SC to NC Question

I am moving from SC to NC in the next couple of weeks. I currently hold my SC Concealed Carry Permit, I know that in NC I go to the Sheriff's Dept in the county I will be moving into, once there can I just show them that I have the SC Permit or will I need additional paperwork?

Believe you will have to take the CC course from an instructor teaching the NC course, and then apply through the county sheriff after you have lived here 30 days, and have your NC drivers license.

In the meantime your SC permit will allow you to carry till you get an NC CHP.
