Motorist opens fire during road rage incident.

Fists were flying and gun shots were ringing out on Sunday afternoon in Newport, North Carolina, as a physical altercation broke out during an intense road-rage clash. The violent incident left police searching for two of the individuals involved — later identified as Bradley and Christy Turner — who inevitably fled the scene after video showed them pulling a gun.

Here’s how the drama unfolded: Bradley and Christy’s vehicle was allegedly cut off by a pick-up truck. So, Bradley apparently followed the two young men he felt cut him off. Video picks up with an angry Bradley approaching the truck, shouting something, and then throwing a punch through the door. That’s when the two men in the truck jump out and and begin fighting back, beating Bradley wildly and throwing him to the ground.

As Bradley gets up and gets his bearings, Christy can be seen handing him a gun. He raises it at the men as they flee to their truck. Officers say that Bradley fired several shots into the truck as the young men drove away.

I mean I get road rage something crazy...but not once has pulling my gun been an option or even considered! I've only had to pull my gun in my vehicle once when I was sitting at a red light and a guy opened my passenger door and tried to get in. He was very lucky my fiancé wasn't there or I didn't have kids that could've been in the car...

My idea of road rage is getting behind that person in the left lane who is going the exact same speed as the person in the right lane who is going 5mph under the speed limit, riding their ass, and then when they finally get over hauling ass by them giving them the "stink eye". I've never followed anyone or rolled down my window and chewed somebody out, simply because I'm smart enough to realize that you never now what kinda person is in that other car and that's just a good way to get yourself or someone with you shot.

I drive a navy blue crown vic....
I don't normally have anyone riding on my butt when I'm driving my vehicle because they seem to think that I'm a cop in an unmarked car.
It's pretty amusing to see people suddenly slowing down, backing off and/or putting on their seatbelts when they see that my car is a crown vic.

Fox News just had this on with the video. They talked to the two young kids who were in the pick-up. Fox says that the moron man and woman are facing a number of charges from this incident! GOOD for the young people who used their phone to tape this incident. Everyone should take note about this because almost everyone has a cell phone and most have cameras that can video tape. This fact should give everyone pause to ALWAYS be on your BEST behavior!

My driving habits can be described as 'fiscally responsible.' If somebody is tailgating me or even worse, riding my ass with their brights on in a 3500 I just pull over, let them pass, change the song on my ipod and put put put along while I swear under my breath. No reason to waste money in a road rage accident. Or on a lawyer...

Know what else is dangerous but still really funny? You ever have to honk at somebody not paying attention at a light when it turns green? They're usually pretty embarrassed and hit the gas pretty hard. Wait until your behind somebody stopped a red light and they're texting or looking at their phone. Then honk when it's still red. They hit the gas then the brakes hard. Pulled that one in high school a couple times. It was funny every time.
