I placed an order for a stock for my Mossberg/Maverick model 88, to replace the pistol grip on it now. When I placed the order the customer service agent said nothing to me about it taking two-three weeks before a order ships. I placed the order Feb 11th and just got the stock today. I was less then impressed with the customer service that they gave me. Not only are half of the items on their website out of stock(when in fact they are in stock.) But the turn around time is total CRAP! I was told if I wanted to pay another 40-50 dollars they did have a VIP/priority two day shipping list. That would ensure my items would ship first and I would have them in two days. I told them I was not about to spend eighty dollars on factory stock.
They then told me that factory orders would be filled first and if they needed my items to build a said firearm. I would have to wait till parts became available that were not needed for a factory build. I will never again order an items direct from Mossberg/Maverick! I will use third parties from now on, to ensure I get my items in a weeks time Vs half a month!
