What I'm interested in doing now is tach-ing it up.

I think I'm going with an ATI Talon Tactical Six Position Mossberg Shotgun Stock with Scorpion Buttpad and Recoil Grip.

I am also wondering about the heat shield and some very low profile sights.

I'm not really sure I want the heat shield unless its going to mount solid and stay put. I went with this shot gun as it was on sale and was an 8 round.

Suggestions pertaining to this shotgun are appreciated.

Sure, what you are asking for is how to totally piss off Diane Feinstein. She has looked at many pictures of firearms that look scary, exactly what you have been asking for. So my recommendation is to ask Diane for the pictures she looked at and assemble exactly as shown. When done, take a picture of your build and send it directly to her. Maybe her blood will boil and .... well I don't wish any harm on anyone.

On a more serious note... if you are looking for low profile sights, might I suggest fiber-optic? They sit low, do a great job in low to bright light situations, and in my opinion, look sleek. I do not have an opinion one way or another on the heat shield. The stock and grip you've selected sound like a great idea as well.

Just be sure to shoot it in the air and out the door, that way when the local authorities come to arrest you for discharging a weapon within city limits, you can say Ole Biden said it was OK. May I point out, this is against the law where his house is in DE! *rolls eyes*
