charged with a dwi and tried explaining that I wasn't drunk and they could be out catching actual criminals. then after being in the cell for a while waiing for a bail bonds man I was taken out and brought in the booking room to call for a ride. after calling a ride I was told I could take my phone that I called from and my wallet. as soon as I greabbed my wallet from the table he officer with the glasses came at me saying he never told me I could take my stuff and choked me against the wall then tried to grab the wallet from my pocket. once he got the wallet and my phone this is what happened. there was no lawsuit made due to the fact I found a lawyer and the lawyer took the tapes and disappeared for 2 years until I finally tracked him down and go it back but now I think its to late to do anything with it even though I have a permanent lump on the back of my head chipped teeth and brain injuries but talking to a lawyer soon well see what happens.

The smirk and smile on that cop's face (I think he pepper-sprayed the victim) was disgusting.

They think its funny? Whenever a LEO assaults you, fall to the ground unconscious, close you eyes, don't get up, don't walk, don't respond. Remain in that condition until you arrive at the ER. Then only speak to the doc. Tell him you were beat by the LEO and have a massive headache and your neck and back hurt. Call an attorney ASAP; before the video disappears. Bastards.

There's no such thing as a statute of limitations for criminal acts committed by LEOs on duty. That's federal law.

A LEO was going to put cuffs on at a traffic stop, I was speeding, on my motorcycle, but I pulled right over, and he started to freak out when he saw the gun, he reached for his cuffs and I said that's not nessessary, any he said it was for his and my safety, and I said very calmly things would safest if he just took my stuff gave me the ticket and never mind with the cuffs, he right away gets on the radio and about 30 secs later another LEO shows up and stood there next to me whils Barney one wrote the ticket, and then we went on our way, got back home called my bud on the force, he's detective Lt, and he got on the computer and changed it to a warning

So is that what you're suggestion is for the guy that got his teeth chipped on a concrete wall while under the "protection" of the giggling, fascist pigs in the video? What on Earth does this have to do with this thread?
