Way to go *******...just the kind of thing AG advocates need to say guns should be outlawed

I don't think clickable or non-clickable links are the big issue here.

The gun store owner was doing exactly what anti-gun groups are claiming, making it too easy for anyone to get a gun. There are reasons that convicted felons aren't allowed to own firearms, they abandoned their 2A rights when they committed their crimes. No one in the gun industry is allowed to break a law just to make a profit. The gun dealer will lose his business and faces jail time and fines....and should. As firearms advocates we can further our cause by holding ourselves to a higher standard than the criminals we oppose, not joining with them to make weapons available to felons.

Well said Chapguy, Why is the AG being made the bad guy when it was the gun store owner who decided to make a sale to someone that he know could not make the purchase legally? If you know better, then you should do better. Especially if you are in the gun business. I would like to know how this gun shop owner was not making any money considering gun and ammo sales have been increasing.

felons will find a way to find a firearm if they want one , one way or another mostly they get them from robbing homes or buying a stolen gun probably

Or having their girlfriends buy one. Such is the case of one felon sitting in a Dade County jail. And she faces charges too for it.
