It states that if you are in the armed forces you can obtain a license in Missouri at 18, you just need orders saying you are stationed in Missouri. I am in the army reserves and am 18. My unit is in Missouri. Am I eligible for a license and how do I get orders saying I'm stationed in MO? Any help will be appreciated.

What do you have in ID format that states you are Military and stationed in Missouri. Use that as your proof. You still have to take the required training course.

Statute: 571-101 (2) Is at least nineteen** years of age, or is at least eighteen years of age and a member of the United States Armed Forces or honorably discharged from the United States Armed Forces, and is a citizen of the United States and either:

(a) Has assumed residency in this state;

(b) Is a member of the Armed Forces stationed in Missouri; or

(c) The spouse of such member of the military stationed in Missouri and nineteen** years of age;
