One Army briefer's slides, uncoordinated with anybody in the chain of command, doesn't constitute an Army position. Even I wouldn't lump all, or maybe even most, evangelicals under the "extremist" label in the sense that word is commonly understood (even though they are about as extremely far from me, and me from them, as it's possible to get).
