You wouldn't have to change the oil and it would run on whatever fuel you gave it. Parts would be a dime a dozen since everyone has one.
I've never heard him say that. When I've read about his answering the question of "How he could design a gun capable of such evil", the response I've always seen was "I designed a weapon capable of effectively defending the fatherland and it did that." Never heard him shun off his name being associated with it.
