Okay so I just moved back to California and know that S&W is one of the companies that said F it in California. So my question is, does anyone know if this law is being challenged at all by anyone ? If not than maybe I should start.

In NYS it was tried and shot down a couple of times in the state legislature. Thank God there are some rational people still holding office.
