Medical Practice allowing staff with CCW to bring to work

I thought it would be nice to hear about a business that supports the 2nd Amendment.
Our practice allows staff with CCW to carry to the work place as long as they are secured once inside the practice. Our physicians are very support active of the 2nd Amendment and over half of them have guns and several carry.

What does the boss consider "secure"? If it's in a safe or locked up then your rights are being denied. I would consider having a discussion about the worldly benefits of class 3 retention holsters with your boss.
