people are making to much out of stand your ground. I tell you if i really believe are are going to harm me i don't need any law to tell me what to do. It will be clear as day to everyone the person was a threat!!!

Yup, the only "problems" that arise from stand-your-ground laws are when incompetent/corrupt law enforcement uses it as an excuse to not investigate. But those are generally cases when they wouldn't have investigated anyway and are truly just using the law as an excuse for why they didn't.

Edit: And even with them, if a prosecutor really wants to prosecute someone, they will anyway. It's purely a deterrent against bad prosecution, not even a true solution.
