Maryland Concealed Carry

The last I heard, the Maryland CCL was to go before the court of appeals on Oct 23, 2012. I just checked the court schedule and they are on dismissal fro Oct 10 to Nov 1. Has anyone heard anything regarding the hearing??? Thanks
