Maryland concealed carry

CAn anyone fill me in on the lastes on MAryland concealed carry? IS this ever going to happen??

Any day now. we are awaiting District Judge Everett Legg to lift his temporary stay of his striking of the "good and sufficient" requirement in MD law.

MD has appealed to the 4th CA in Richmond while we await Judge Legg's ruling on the stay. If it's lifted and MD can't get the 4CA to issue a stay, they must begin processing license apps without regard to G & S or risk a contempt ruling from Judge Legg.

Best of luck to all gun owners of maryland hope you can carry soon . I was born in baltimore grew up in odenton now i live in va i have lost nothing in maryland so i have no reason to return .

August 7th is the date when this will become a shall issue state, unless the appeals court strikes down the ruling.
