Is anyone tracking the Emergency stay requested in MD?

SAF/Gura submitting reply brief by COB today. The 4CA looks to be fast tracking this. I think we'll have a stay decision before 8-8 which is the date MSP will reportedly start issuing permits

4CA issued a stay. Oral arguments scheduled for Oct 25ish. Nothing changes for now.
