It looks grim and the accounts of the father and his family are sketchy at best. Not to mention the mother is a drug addict. This poor child never stood a chance at life, dead or alive.

This however, demonstrates the importance of the 2nd Amendment and the ability to proper defend ourselves and our loved ones, either in the home and as most of us do, conceal carry outside the home. It's our right as Americans, we need to embrace it. Remember, gun control is using BOTH hands!!

Let us not forget this one either: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence. Sixth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
