Manassas: Regal Theater carry policy

Hey,
I was wondering if anyone in the Manassas area knew the carry policy at the Regal theater on Bullock. I went there tonight to see the new Batman and looked for signs while I was waiting in line and saw none. The odd thing is my CCW instructor told us that the Regal in Ashburn doesn't allow carry. I would think this kind of thing would usually be a company policy, not a location-specific policy, but maybe I'm wrong. And of course Regal theaters hasn't responded to my e-mail. Thanks.

Just flying by the seat of my pants here but, I'm thinking no signs means you're good to go. At least it would for me! Life's too short to be emailing people for policy when they should have it posted. If you follow your state's laws, you should be fine I would think. My state includes in their law how the signs will look and at what height they will be...blah blah blah. If I'm required to read and understand them, then the business owners should be too. If they have their signage at my feet or above my head, then I'm in there. My law says the sign will be placed between 36 and 48" and have the circle with line through the gun and will be placed at every entrance into the facility. Now I'm not going to break out the tape measure to try and circumvent the law but they had better be somewhat close. With all this being said, if they don't want cwp holders in their facility I normally just turn around and go elsewhere (LIKE MAYBE A GUN STORE OR SOMETHING). Just my $.02

I'm gonna wait until it comes out on DVD in about 3-4 months.......popcorn and drinks are a LOT cheaper at home too

Yea, I figured I'd be good to go too, I just have to be more careful about things like that than most because my job is such that I can be let go for things that aren't illegal or that might "reflect poorly on my character" or are "morally questionable." Thanks for the input.

I don't usually see a lot of movies in the theater, but I love Batman and a good theater experience enough to go for it. Last night was great: late night on a weekday so not many people there, no kids, and the rest of audience was great. Laughed together at the funny parts, sat in hushed tension together during the tense parts, etc.
