A man gets fined $115 for spitting on the sidewalk. But the US Flag can be burned, spit on, trampled in the mud and defiled in any way someone wants to. A crucifix can be suspended in urine and these things are free speech. I am so tired of all this crap!

Whether it's on a flat or a sidewalk, exactly whom does the "heinous" act of spitting harm? Absolutely no one! Unless it's a person who's being spit on, leave spitters alone and go after the real criminals!
