Today 3/27 was a real downer for gun owners in Charleston, SC. A man shot himself in the chest at a local gun range--supposedly he was on the range when "his gun discharged into his chest"----duh. Editorial in same issue of the Post & Courier titled "when gun rights zeal misfires" as it carefully gives examples of cases that, IMO, had nothing to do with imminent danger of death or great bodily injury and then, of course, jumps on the yellow journalistic bandwagon surrounding Mr. Zimmerman without an ounce of knowing what exactly happened.
