Well FL is back in the news yet again for 911 calls here is the story

TAMPA, Fla. - A second Florida man has been arrested on charges of making false 911 calls in as many days. An arrest report says 47-year-old Carlos Gutierrez was at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino early Monday and called 911 to say the slot machine stole his money. The report says Gutierrez left the casino to place a second 911 call to say the same thing.

He was arrested and charged with making a false 911 call. He's being held with no bail set.

On Sunday another man was arrested after calling 911 five times during an argument with his brother. He demanded that dispatchers send deputies to help sort things out.

And in northern Florida last week, a Jacksonville man called 911 to complain that a Subway left the sauce off a spicy Italian sandwich.

Must be something in the water down there!!??

I just saw another article about a guy that called 911 because subway did not put sauce on his sub. I sometime wonder about these articles.

....?

There isn't enough info to conclude

Why was it considered a false 911 call ?

while the patron should first try to resolve with the manager of the establishment

calling it false without giving details is shady

If I put my money in the slots-machine, pull the handle, and nothing happens
Hasn't the machine stole my money ?

If I put money in a pay-phone machine and still don't get a dial-tone,
Call the phone company from another phone and is promised to have refund sent to my resident and it doesn't come hasn't the phone machine stolen my money ?

At the laundry room last weekend, I put my 4 quarters in the dryer, that should give 3 minutes per quarter
I had 4 quarters cause I just put a dollar in the changer, the dryer read 9 minutes,
when I mentioned to the assistant, she said how can I prove that I added 4 quarters ...
I wasn't arguing over a quarter, but was just informing her to check the machine....

He says that the machine stole his money. Does that mean that the machine should go on trial, and if it's found guilty, it should go to prison?
